  The Staffs will find a way for you to pay another extra charges. First Visit, they asked me $3 just to print a label on an ordinary paper next, $6 for a box even i have a box already. Ridiculous.

  Went here for an amazon return. Friendly staff, this was my first time doing a amazon drop off. A staff member show me where the drop off area located and explain to me about QR code and receipts. Great service.

  They're just nice there. At my visit there was a long line, and even so the employees were not unkind or rattled. Always pleasant.

  This review is specifically for the employee Liam, not the UPS Store itself. Unfortunately, my experience with him was very unpleasant. He was rude and extremely unhelpful, and he gave me a hard time for no clear reason. I have dropped off packages at this location many times in the same way and have never received any complaints or been told by other team members that it was incorrect. His attitude made the situation unnecessarily stressful. Perhaps he was having a bad morning, but regardless, the interaction was not professional and did not reflect the usual level of service at this store.

  The customer service is always excellent. All staff members are knowledgeable and take initiative. The place is always clean and friendly.
