He was rude and extremely unhelpful, and he gave me a hard time for no clear reason. I have dropped off packages at this location many times in the same way and have never received any complaints or been told by other team members that it was incorrect. His attitude made the situation unnecessarily stressful. Perhaps he was having a bad morning, but regardless, the interaction was not professional and did not reflect the usual level of service at this store.

Haven’t interacted with a single rude person yet which is rare for Westchester. Customer service usually sucks up there.
