Unfortunately, the printer did not print out the last two pages. I asked the associate if he may help. He said no, it’s 6 and I have to leave with an authoritative attitude. I think he’s the manager. He said I have to come back tomorrow to get the rest of the copies. I told him but I’m here now. I just need these last two pages only.I was here before closing time. And the machine is the one that failed, not me. If the printer wouldn’t have failed, I would have been done by 6. He continued to say I have to leave. I told him that this is a bad customer experience. He then took my documents with an attitude and started saying “how are you going to come 5 minutes before closing.” And re-printed it. I walked out the doors at 6:05 pm. I understand that it was not a great idea to come in 5 minutes before closing. ( I’m sorry)! However, I don’t think I should have been treated like this. In my opinion. I could be wrong. I’ve worked in customer service in the past and I’ve never talked to anyone like this. And I think it’s ridiculous to be kicked out right at the second they close when I was in a middle of a transaction! He did not want to let me finish what I already started.

Nakia the manager always has a smile on her face even when dealing with tricky packages or tough situations to find the right scan code to send a package. today I had the pleasure of also engaging with Shar who made it so easy for me to get some product returns my wife sent me to Fedex with. This is an absolute winning team at this location and is the reason I send all my packages through Fedex.
