Numerous packages have been lost, the employee behind the counter is usually clueless or they have an attitude. Not sure how a post office with 2 routes could have so much difficulty accomplishing what much larger post offices in Orange County do with ease. That being said, have your packages shipped ups instead of USPS if you live in the area of westtown, NY.
