I constantly get told that things are not delivered to my house, because my dog is out, when my dog is not even at the house. I've had this happen when my dog and I were both in my house. I don't even get a notice in the mailbox, either. I have to constantly call the office, until I get an answer. I am not getting packages that are said to be delivered. I will get neighbors' mail and packages and they tell me to take it to the proper house when I call. I am not receiving mail that is sent out the same time every month, and confirmed to be sent out.
