    Serious lifesavers. My printer decided it didn't want to function, so after 2 hours of trying to troubleshoot it, I ran over to fedex, hoping for a miracle. They definitely helped me out and fast. Great service and problem solving. As a small business, this was such a blessing!

    the manager Jack (?) isn’t very nice.. I have done business at that FedEx from when it was on Orchard Park Rd., Potter Road- now with the Southgate.. I went in the store today the best employee Tom apparently was fired.. When I ask about him I always get vague answers… I wanted to know today if I had sent to envelopes two packages on the same day and miss placed one of the envelope because the receiver only received one.. I was told that they can’t do that- I believe it was a lie- laziness at best and no one else was in the store but one other customer and another clerk.. I am now driving to UPS to do my packages an expedited envelopes..

    I shipped a package from here to Seattle. I asked them to email me a copy of the tracking number, which they never did. When I called to get the tracking number they said they can't help me and I shouldn't have lost it. Sometimes they just hang up after that, other times they transfer me to the 1800 number that only works if you have the tracking number (which I don't have because they never gave it to me)
