- HHH HFeb 3, 20261.0Terrible experience at USPS passport service. We were late, and the gentleman wasn't happy about it. When he saw an error in our paperwork, he refused to help, telling us to reschedule despite the office being empty. I explained I'd just given birth and made a special trip, but he was unmoved. When I said I'd reschedule, he actually said he'd make sure we can't get an appointment. Unbelvable rudeness. Would not recommend this location.

I'm aware that my language is a barrier to communication since I speak Spanish, but the Black man who helped us was VERY RUDE TO MY WIFE AND ME. We asked him for help, but he just ignored us and went somewhere else. I told him my daughter speaks English, and he was still very rude to her. I know I don't speak English, but that's no excuse for him to treat us so badly. My wife started crying because of the way he treated us and because he refused to help, even with a translator.

I went to mail disability paperwork & was told in a snide remark that I had to fill out a “certified” receipt form with my form with my certified mail. I haven’t done that before that I can recall. I use mobility aids and cannot walk well and asked if there were forms at the desk. He said they were “just over there” and I said I could not walk to them and he just said he couldn’t help me. From then on when I asked for help trying to understand the form he just said “it’s whatever you want to put on it” which literally makes no sense. I was coming home from a medical appointment in NYC and rushing to get the paperwork in in time so I don’t lose my benefits and didn’t want to miss the deadline to send them because I only got them before the appointment. Long story short - a harrowing experience. If you have a disability and use disability aids or have difficulty ambulating- beware they will treat you like trash.
