Just had a delivery from a Female Postal worker , love how they drive up on my sidewalk grass and then take off and pull up all the grass and not even say anything. Very unprofessional if you don’t know how to drive then don’t drive , maybe you need to walk so you dont ruin peoples property. Wonder if she would do that to her own place where she lives.

The woman at the front was extremely helpful to me. She made sure i had properly filled out my passport paper work and that i had everything I needed. She was extremely patient, helpful and kind. It was about 5 mins to close by the time i left and she was nothing but kind to me.

We went for passport renewal for my son on Saturday at 9am. On the website it says 9am to 9:30am, walkins are welcome. Once we get there they limit it to the first 2 people once we get there. We work during the week. Maybe they should put the limitof 2 people on the website so we dont waste our time getti g 2 kids ready and going there to do this. 9am to 930am means just that. This place sux.

Every time I come into lobby and Muhammad and or Careen are there they are polite, knowledgeable and respectful. Outstanding team members. Five stars! In a world where it appears more and more laziness is taking the forefront. Awesome to know work ethic and friendliness, humor and respect means something to people like them. Outstanding.UPDATED ADDITION today March 3rd first time ever had a team member whom was condescending and disrespectful. Nannette terrible in my opinion. Terrible customer service and when I showed her the facts as to why my item qualified for media mail she back tracked and then changed her argument. I know the difference this was a 10 page map book. It qualifies. I mailed my other map of amusement park regular mail because I know the difference. Not nice at all. As shared with team members there I been coming a long time here. Learned a lot, I been mentored here and always had respectful communication. Today nasty. They still are the best even with a team member that may or may not had a good day. However she did not show courtesy or caring. Place keeps its five stars inspire of a nasty person in my opinion.

All of USPS is terrible. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for a package that’s still in Texas and was told by numerous people they can’t help me because it’s “in transit”. The package was supposed to arrive to my home June 10th it’s now June 21… I filed numerous claims and still nothing. After this I will never use USPS ever again
