- BSBeth SantagataSep 25, 20252.0The service inside the West Babylon Post Office is fine, but the condition of the building is unacceptable. The entryway doors are covered in so many fingerprints you can’t even see clearly through them—it looks like the windows and doors haven’t been cleaned in years. On top of that, the lawn is overgrown and weeds are taking over the garden. This is an agency of the federal government, and it should look pristine if people are conducting federal business here. Immediate attention is needed to clean and maintain this facility.

The passport agent was rude and said she couldn’t service me because I was late, however this is a walk up location and there wasn’t anyone else there for passport services. I came to this location because it was the only one that had appointments available on my only day off. I explained this to her and asked why if there was no one there. All she said was she couldn’t service me. I’m so upset. Now I have to figure out how to go about it no on a day I work for my upcoming trip. This puts me a week behind because she didn’t want to do her job.

So I tilf her shush and she told me " no you shush , you know that covid is still around". I didnt want to aruge with her so I just went back. She also spent almost 30 minutes " in the bathroom". There was a long line of people and there was only one person there! If you want a job aleast be nice to your costumers
