Fred works professionally and creates a great atmosphere for the clients. Claire lacks experience, makes mistakes in calculations, and doesn't know the cost of stamps, but this doesn't spoil the overall impression of the office.

The entryway doors are covered in so many fingerprints you can’t even see clearly through them—it looks like the windows and doors haven’t been cleaned in years. On top of that, the lawn is overgrown and weeds are taking over the garden. This is an agency of the federal government, and it should look pristine if people are conducting federal business here. Immediate attention is needed to clean and maintain this facility.
