- BPB. A. PFeb 5, 20261.0So much wrong here.....lots of attitude and little integrity. I had a large flat envelope with a business letter in it and some business cards. It came up as $1.70, she then felt the envelope and said it was a "package" and charged me over $7.00 for the package rate. I won't get into her cocky and nasty attitude. Then she had the audacity to reach over and hit the good button when it asks you to vote on your experience. That's unethical. I had mailed the same envelope with business cards on another occasion at a different post office and wasn't charged a package rate. Between charging me 7 times more and her nasty attitude...Never again. I will hand deliver something before I use that post office again.

Fred works professionally and creates a great atmosphere for the clients. Claire lacks experience, makes mistakes in calculations, and doesn't know the cost of stamps, but this doesn't spoil the overall impression of the office.
