Lisa and Stew had a little trouble with the fingerprint machine, but in the end, they got it to work. I had the report with my results emailed to me hours later. Very convenient and saved me a lot of time. This location is in a nice area and the staff is pleasant to work with. Nice and quiet location. Friendly and helpful staff.

While there, we witnessed a not so nice customer, Lisa at the counter handled this person calmly and professionally and remained kind and collected. Overall a great visit to the post office!

Lisa was exceptionally helpful and professional with guiding me to exactly what I needed and made the process so comfortable and easy. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days and she definitely deserves her flowers for being so patient and kind with navigating me.
