Pauline was so friendly, patient, and helpful. She is amazing, and made this experience great. I was having a bad day, but her service really improved my mood.

Dropped off Walworth Taxes Monday afternoon 2/2/26 inside the facility and the envelope didn't get postmarked until 2/3/26 which caused me a $20.57 penalty for being one day late with my tax payment. Post a sign letting customers know that if they drop their mail inside in the slot in the back wall during the afternoon, it may not be postmarked until the next day.
