    As other reviews have suggested, customer service here is sub-par to say the least. And if your not knowledgable about shipping rates and common practices, get ready to have your pockets looted! They will nickle and dime you on services you don't need, much like a valvoline tech that tries to get you to change your air filters every visit. Furthermore, this particular FedEx location has employees that act like an authority on how items should be shipped. A laughable assertion, as they are literally the lowest rung on the totem pole with regard to knowledge of best shipping practices. As one other reviewer mentioned, employees here have the audacity to question packaging that is the same as what a professional vendor like Google sent an item in. Companies that large have employees on staff whose entire purpose and job is to determine the best possible way to package an item and ensure its contents arrive in-tact. Customers, brace yourselves for mediocrity at best and dangerously incompetent appraisal of your packaging job at worst!

    Do not use this location. Some of the employees that work here are clueless and are not ambitious in making sure they offer the best customer service they can. Staples and Superior Solutions are the best places to go for all your shipping and printing needs!!! We print all our own labels and one older heavy set woman feels the need to give business owners a hard time opening packages and upselling more packaging products instead of just shipping the package as packaged when UPS & USPS take them as is and ship them with out any issues. We drop our packages off at other Fed Ex drop off locations and we have not had any issues with any of our packages since I stopped dropping our packages off at this location. It's obvious they need new management and get rid of those they have made them lose returning customers.
