I explained what I needed, clearly and plainly, and the employee didn't know the answer, so he said I needed to wait to talk to the other employee (two were working). The other employee, however, was on the phone for about 10 minutes trying to figure out how to cash a traveler's check (!?). After the other employee could finally speak with me, I was told that they wouldn't be able to help me (which is fine. I did't know if it was possible, anyway). He then suggested that I purchase completely different products from them. I was irritated that the first employee could not answer my simple question. That first employee was also short and rude with other customers who visited while I was waiting to talk to the second employee. Employee #2 claimed to have been employed at the company since 2000, but didn't know how to cash a traveler's check, and was not helpful at all. It was obvious that my happiness with their service was not their priority.
