In my 64 years I never experienced any Post Office as bad as Watertown’s. I lived in multiple Cities but this Post Office should be condemned !! The Postal Carrier is horribly rude, and totally useless!!!! If I were to say this is the WORSE Post Office in the World that would be putting it mildly!!!! You’re better off getting your mail through Smoke Signals and packages from Horse Buggy. ! It’s So FREAKING BAD I’m ending this message with my name because I don’t give a Damn and I want to let it be known. That’s how BAD IT IS. Sincerely Darlene Simmons.

No one answers the phones. Voicemail box is always full. Only ever 1 person behind the counter, even during peak hours. Delivery drivers lie about delivering packages, lie about being unable to deliver packages. Overall terrible experience. Everyone there should be fired and replaced.

Horrible service by the people who deliver the mail. They scribble on things that arent even addressed to you and force you to take them, including junk mail. They consistently say the package is delivered but they fail to actually deliver it. Thats not even counting the times they leave a note in your mail written on a junk post card that they are refusing to deliver it in the first place due to you not accepting junk mail. They cuss you out, act aggressive, act dismissive, throw packages, and when you go into the post office to talk to a manager about it they do absolutely nothing to resolve the problem; regardless of how many times its brought to their attention. The people at the desk are cool, management is useless, and the people delivering the mail need to be audited at the very least, if not just straight up fired. If i could give this place zero stars, i would.

Forget about trying to call their office phone for questions. They do not answer and a message saying “voicemail box is full try again later” is all you’ll receive. Very unprofessional and useless employees.
