My delivery address clearly lists Apartment 206, and the mailbox is clearly marked 206; there is no federal, New York State, county, or city law requiring a resident’s name on an apartment mailbox. Delivering mail by unit number is basic, standard practice, yet USPS repeatedly fails at this simplest task where every other carrier succeeds. This isn’t a minor mistake; it’s negligence, and it’s unacceptable for a service that literally exists to deliver mail correctly. Amazon needs its own distribution center and cut these guys out.

One package was delivered the other was taking back saying “No access to delivery” which was strange because they were able to deliver my shoes THAT SAME DAY. I called of course like the rest of the reviews no answer. These people make me hate ordering anything. They are SUPER lazy, inconsiderate, & terrible at communicating.
