- CSChanelle Selby2 days ago1.0Just moved to area and wanted to ship a phone I told the guy what i was shipping he was very pushy like he was ready to leave and didn’t want help it was a lady there too that seem very helpful but the guy was not I explained to him what needed be done he then proceeded to to tell me grab a envelope and write where I want to go to so I followed instructions just for him to tell me they do not offer 2day shipping for phones so I had to go somewhere else if I needed 2 day shipping but the proceeds to tell me I have to pay for the envelope because it was written on but he told me write on it. I won’t be coming back here for anything ups store is way better and they explain everything.

Backing into the docks was slightly difficult but only because the truck lot is under construction. It looked like they were expanding the parking lot so I would imagine that once it's done, backing into the docks will be a breeze. I don't have any complaints otherwise.
