Went back with my paper and was sent to the self serve machines. I printed one copy to test it then wanted the rest on card stock. I asked how to load my paper and he said you can’t use card stock on those machines. He then offered to print my 20 copies but they wouldn’t be ready until the next day. So I actually could have had him do 20 without having to buy a whole team of card stock. Anyway, another associate came to help me. They printed them on my paper and I was set. Thank you, Kaeden for providing good, old fashioned customer service! You made my day a little better!
