- BHBenjamin HefnerJan 4, 20261.0What a horrible experience I came here at first around noon and the worker who did my Amazon returns( an healthy overweight and woman had her nametag hid start with a T grey hair and glasses) wasn’t rude but definitely was not polite and they made many mistakes. Had to try like five times to return my items. Well go figure they made a mistake so after I get home, I gotta drive back up here waiting in line again waste another 45 minutes at the store when I already wasted over an hour plus the drive that’s almost 3 hours of my day and when I I return the second time and tried to explain. I wasted three hours now and that I’m a little bit unhappy about it. The lady got an unruly attitude with me became very defiant and is not what you would expect in any kind of customer service. She even seemed combative. I think people need to be trained and how to treat customers when you waste our time we have the right to be frustrated. You don’t have the right to argue back when you make mistakes.here photo of her! She need customer service training if I did that at my job I’d get fired!
