I went to the Waterloo USPS to talk with the Postmaster in regards to a damaged item I received in the mail. Not only was the Postmster friendly, professional, she went above and beyond in resolving the problem. I would highly recommend using this post office.

And they said it was a mistake with the address but I had ordered multiple times with FedEx or ups with the exact same address and no problem but they just said they couldn’t do anything and my package never arrived but it was marked delivered when it wasn’t even delivered they a bunch of robbers on this postal office they should hire different staff I lost more then $200 on the package and they don’t care
