- CWCrystal WOct 23, 20251.0This review is about the drivers , twice I’ve mailed out my rent from my mailbox & twice my landlord said he did not get it but it was definitely picked up from the box , I usually mail it from the Dover PO but these times I left it in the box to be delivered. Cost me money to trace my money orders & weeks to get a replacement. And I can tell by the way the guy that runs over garbage bins when he’s putting mail in the box that the driver really don’t care
- AMAlyson MillerMar 5, 20245.0I've had wonderful experiences at this post office the past few years, the employees are always so helpful and friendly and have assisted me in sending some really complicated and kind of silly international packages. Recently, a package was sort of lost/stuck somewhere in the USPS network and instead of waiting on hold for hours trying to figure out what was going on, I headed down to my friendly neighborhood post office and they were familiar with the issue and took action right away! Thanks for everything!!

Saying they tried to deliver it, yet I got my mail that day and this was an Amazon package doesn't require signatures nothing like that. This was Saturday. Call today and I ask what happened and if they can put it on the truck to be delivered with my mail. That was fine, call back to make sure it was put on the truck and once again ask what happened with the package Saturday and the guy says ok ma'am and hangs up because he was "busy". Not only that but he was so rude the whole time . Ridiculous
