- PEPage EhrhardtJan 22, 20261.0As soon as I could write a letter to my enlisted son, I did. I was so happy as there had been mandatory no contact for three weeks. I excitedly asked the man behind the counter when the letter would be on its way (as I wanted to invision my letter leaving his hometown and making the journey to him, stupid mom stuff, but important to me). He snapped at me in a lobby of waiting people, "It will leave when everything else leaves. We aren't storage". It was so nasty and so upset me. The clerk next to him gave me an answer. I didn't go back for over two and a half years.... This time, no line. But I had to wait for the clerk to finish playing the game on her phone. I asked why a letter was returned. Without looking anything up, she just resent it. I won't go back to this PO ever again. Go to Greenwood Lake. They are so friendly, beyond helpful, remember you, look stuff up without your even asking and I'm off to give them a five star review. I do absolutely adore my mail carrier. He is amazing, friendly, helpful and always happy.

Great customer service like this makes such a difference and always turns a simple errand into a positive, happy experience.
- AMAlana MarieOct 31, 20251.0Supervisor is the nastiest man I’ve ever met in my life . He goes out of his way to not to his job. He complained over and over about how he didn’t need to do his job. Overal this post office not only makes numerous mistakes they are super unfriendly and unwilling to do the job they signed up for. I recommend avoiding this post office at all cost . Nothing but issues especially from the disgusting supervisor
