I tried calling the post office to complain and there is no number listed for my local office. I went through every prompt and was not able to talk to anyone which was very frustrating. I guess a typical government agency. Would the carrier want their packages left out in the rain? Do better Wappingers Falls carrier.

No instructions about how to get or where to put the cluster box or what we can do to get our mail back. We’ve tried to go to the post office to talk to the post master but apparently she’s missing and not in any at point during the day. We left a few numbers to call when she’s in and no calls. Just really rude and inconsiderate and I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs
