One of the employees put the wrong label on different boxes and I received a small box with a Stanley cup in it. Label even shows it’s supposed to be a 20x20x20 box weighing 35lbs. The claims lady at the store says she doesn’t know what employee did it and doesn’t know how to look up what else was shipped that evening to see what got mixed up. UPS won’t do anything cause they say it’s on the store to file a claim and investigate. Now I’m out $1600.00 and have no parts. I’ve called everyday since and no help is offered, just told the same things. Nobody cares it was their fault.
