- EWEmma Whitmore5 days ago1.0Online I set up a passport appointment for 4pm for a passport photo and application. I arrived a few minutes early amd the younger man working there was rude and said "no you will not be having an appointment today". I thought he was joking and he said "No really, I can't help ypu because we don't have paper to print the passport pictures". He told me I could go somewhere else to get the picture done and then he could help with the rest, I went to Walgreens, got them done, and made it back to the post office by 4:40 and they close at 5pm. The same guy said "No I can't do it, it's too close to closing time". I rushed around and wasted an hour and a half of my time because they accepted appointments they couldn't fulfill and then refused to do the 15ish minute appointment because it is "too close" to closing time, even though on their website you can book appointments until 5pm. I normally love this location but this has been a nightmare!
