I worked the window, sorted mail, etc. There is absolutely no reason that they can NEVER answer the phone. The reason I am calling... I recieved a notice my mailbox is full and the package could not be left. My box was not full and the package absolutely fits on my porch!

Then I did an informed delivery and nothing that’s on informed delivery is in my P.O. Box. And the kicker is Im getting other peoples mail meanwhile my old address is still receiving my mail.

I don't get delivery so I'm at their mercy and can count on being late to work if I try to go in the morning. If I acted like that at my work i would be fired. If I could take my business elsewhere I certainly would. Update: May, 2021...so I don't know if it's because of the consistent terrible reviews but I have noticed new and helpful staff at the post office, particularly one young gentleman who is super courteous and knows the customers by name. Very friendly. I hope the trend continues. They do seem to be trying.
