Anything happens to my item you guys will be held responsible for it if it comes in broken or frozen, you guys are going to be held responsible.

Called to find out when the truck would get back to post office to pickup in person, and they said not till tomorrow. Great.

One time a package was delivered wrong and they called me and had the situation fixed within a half hour. I have never seen any issues with anyone that has been in front of me either .. Thank You
