- FWFaddle WaddleAug 6, 20251.0The worst! Mail is always being delivered to the wrong apartment. If I'm not getting someone else's mail then they're getting mine. As for the Post Office itself? Even worse. The female clerk I've always seen there is the most discourteous, unpleasant and bitter individuals I've ever had to deal with. Will go out of my way to visit a different town's Post Office when need be. I'd rather do that than deal with this.

I called multiple times and never an answer. stopped in 3 times and they say the same thing. "we have to order a new one we don't have it" I even tried the 800 number and they gave me a number to track the issue and it now says the issue has been resolved.... meanwhile here I am 2 months later still unable to get my mail... go figure.

- CSCailyn SchillingDec 13, 20231.0Delivery driver didn’t deliver my package on the expected day due to “no access to delivery receptacle”, even though I was home all day and never saw him go by. The next day he delivers my package, I go to grab it immediately after delivery and it is completely empty of its contents, shoved into my mailbox (if the package had its contents in it it wouldn’t have fit in the mailbox and would have had to be delivered to my porch). Why would you deliver a completely empty and opened package? I have submitted a missing mail search and submitted an insurance request and haven’t heard a single thing back. My package cost a lot of money! Horrible postal man and horrible service!
