- FDFlorence DoyleDec 28, 20255.0FedEx Center 1949 Victor NY - The team at this location are amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and customer focused! In December 2025 we sent a box of important historical documents to a university in Washington DC. Michael was the primary individual we interacted with prior to sending and on the day we sent. He was exceedingly friendly, helpful and fun during a busy holiday season. The other individuals at this location were friendly and it was clear that everyone worked as a team. We definitely will go to this location for FedEx service! Thanks to all.

It say there was an attempted delivery but it wasn’t even in the right town where they attempted to deliver it. Was trying to explain this to the woman online she told me that it will be in transit to the correct address and she will sign me up for informed delivery. As I was trying to ask what would happen if I’m am not home because I have work she just starts talking over me and just says bye with even acknowledging that I’m talking to her and hangs up the line.

It was to be fixed by the manufacturer and the cost now went from $185 to approximately $350 for repairs due to the damage. Do yourself a favor and take your shipping to UPS. This place in Victor sucks!
