- JYJerry YangNov 8, 20251.0We were late for a passport appointment, we arrived 6 minutes past the appointment time and had to wait in the line. That was on us and we completely understood if we had to reschedule, but the first clerk we saw was very rude. She was placing a coffee order on her phone in between talking to us and went back and forth about what time we got there. The next clerk was professional, telling us that she was not sure if she had additional appointments, which was fine. The experience would have better if the first clerk had the ability to handle a situation professionally and maybe with a little bit of kindness.
