  No complaints about the experience in the Vestal office. My complaint is the fact that someone at FedEx decided to ship my EXPENSIVE, overnight, delivery by noon, urgent package into a state with a known ice storm! Why? Why would you do that? And, now they say I can't get a credit of any kind because it is weather-related and not their fault. Then, the customer service agent hung up on me!! I was trying hard to keep calm. Yes, FedEx, it is your fault. Of all of the locations, you chose to send it into an ice storm. I really wish I would have gone to the Post Office. Will NEVER willingly choose FedEx again.

  Worst of the worst. Employees are completely powerless to make even the simplest decision on their own. FedEx corporation is a train wreck!

  I just came from the kinkos/ Fed Ex store in Vestal NY....the Entire Team was Outstanding!!!!!!!They all were so respectful...caring...and helpful!!!!they were even there for me when I needed to vent about something I went through with my health!!!!!!also I was there to pickup my documents.....they gave me vital advice on helpful tips for my health!!!!!!this team is Beyond Exceptional!!!!!!!!I witnessed True Teamwork...Support...and Real Comradery in Action!!!!!!I pray that this company in Vestal never closes!!!!!our community needs more caring individuals like this special crew!!!!!!!!! I truly thankyou guys for making me smile in the midst of my pain...TO GOD BE THE GLORY!!!!HE CARES EVEN FOR THE SMALL THINGS IN OUR LIVES!!!!!BUT LOOK AT HOW HE USES OTHERS TO CHEER YOU UP!!!!!KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!YOU ARE LOVED!!!!

  Hababilah made the process so smooth and simple. Suggested the correct shipping package. A bit nosey talking about why am I shipping the license plates back, but that's her job. To make sure things are legal and that FedEx doesn't get into trouble. She is so nice. She is beautiful to. Her expressions of how she greets people are out of this world. She smiles and knows me by my name. She cares. She should become manager some day. If I was CEO of FedEx, I would hire her over and over, and give her a 6 figure salary. She goes to work everyday with a smile on her face. Give that woman a raise, or even better a outstanding retirement package. I mean every word of this. Please pass this along to Habibibi over in the Vestal NY office on Vestal pkwy.
