I was told over the phone that my account got deleted, when I asked how that happens the response was “ it just happens sometimes” and she refused to help me any further. I ended up calling the Binghamton branch and they were so accommodating and helpful and I was informed that my account was not deleted. If you need assistance don’t call the vestal branch.

This new 'standard practice' should be illegal, as it FORCES every man, woman and child in the country to directly support the banking industry, either by doing business with them, or through extortion by fees.
