- RHRita HibschMar 25, 20241.0We have lived in varysburg NY for 7 years now the worker that we had for the first 5 years was fantastic, but the ones working now are too bothered to do their job, so they don’t even bother. We’ve had incorrect mail delivered, we’ve had our mail missing, (one of our children’s social security cards to name one of the MANY) when we put outgoing mail in the mailbox with the flag up, but yet the only thing they’ve done is added the new mail in rather than taking the mail they’re supposed to take. I’ve had shipping labels wasted at MY dollar because they don’t take them! We ordered live crabs for my son for Christmas, and they were too lazy to deliver them to our door, like the package requested to “GIVE DIRECTLY TO CUSTOMER, LIVE CONTENTS” so disappointing how lazy and careless these people are that are granted a federal job, but they can’t uphold their title, let alone follow company policies.
