- SSS SZDec 26, 20251.0Went in for passport service. Lady that helped was not pleasant and did not know her information. She rudely told me my application cannot be submitted because i didnt have NY state ID. I had a different primary ID listed plus a secondary ID. When i tried to show her travel.gov site where all information was listed she pushed all my paperwork back to me and said go and first get NY State ID. 🙄 Went to different location with same id absolutely no issues. The lady needs to be properly trained on documents, military id and ids listed under primary id are just as valid as state ids
