This, after sending confirmation the previous night, that the appointment is still on! VERY FRUSTRATING that have to go through this first thing in the morning after a sleep deprived night. If anyone reads these reviews, PLEASE TAKE ACTION against this agent.

We made a passport renewal appointment for my son and when we approached the desk, the clerk said that they had no appointment that day. After asking again she looked at her appointment book and said "oh yea, but we canceled it because the passport agent is sick, my supervisor Davis Diaz was supposed to call you". No one ever called us to cancel that appointment. Imagine getting 2 small kids ready first thing in the morning and husband leaving his job for this appointment and getting treated like this?? Extremely unprofessional.
