  Horrible and rude customer service. No one was welcoming, and I felt completely ignored. I went to make a return on 12/29 around 6:15 PM. When I arrived, the employee was packing items and did not acknowledge me or stop what she was doing. I waited about five minutes without any assistance and felt completely unseen. When she finally helped me, she scanned my QR code and told me the item needed to be packaged. Since I didn’t have cash or my card to purchase a bag, I let her know I would return the next day with my own packaging. I came back on 12/30 and was helped by the same employee. She scanned the QR code again, but this time it did not work. She stated she didn’t know why and said the transaction had been canceled, which I found questionable based on her overall attitude and lack of effort to resolve the issue. I ended up calling Nike customer service, and the representative was extremely kind and helpful. She quickly created a new QR code, and the issue was resolved on their end with no problem. I’m leaving this review because the attitude and lack of customer service from this UPS Store employee truly needs to be addressed. Especially during the holiday season, customers should be treated with basic courtesy, professionalism, and accountability

  Always happy to use this UPS store as the location to return my Amazon purchases. Have done that several times here and have encountered a different employee at the desk each time -- every single one has been helpful, polite and patient (especially the first time when I didn't know how returns worked exactly). Truly appreciate their professionalism, especially during busy time of year like the holidays or on Monday mornings when the line is long and starts almost as soon as they open.

  I like going to this dropoff to do my amazon returns. The women who work here are courteous. They usually greet guests with a smile. The store is usually organized and I never have an issue to get what I need done. They are problem solvers as there have been a few times i needed to figure something out and they offer help and suggestions. Thank you ladies for holding it down.

  The staff was friendly, fast, efficient, and helpful. Store was clean and love being greeted when I walk in.
