- ESeric sNov 18, 20251.0If I could give a zero star rating I would, the women that work at this facility are unprofessional, unhelpful, useless, and classless, sent my step daughter her birthday box to birk NY told it would arrive yesterday, it was apparently scanned at this location and nothing was telling us it was being sent to the right location so we call to try and figure it out, the lady says the scan we see is an "automatic" scan not telling us where the package is still, saying it was "mistakenly sent" to them, still not telling us where the hell it is, but that the only recourse we have is to wait and see?!? Then when I get upset over this in the background she's gonna HANG UP on my wife, disgusting, do better.
