- CMClarissa MejiaFeb 5, 20261.0Constantly loses packages & delivers to the wrong address. Front desk staff is so rude & got into a screaming fight with another customer while we were waiting. Was told a manager would call but after several days we had to return to see a manager who had not even been aware of the situation.

He was cheerful and really helped me get package ready and mailed it off. He asked me how fast I needed to arrive and explained different rates. It was a pleasure to deal with such a kind and helpful clerk. I hope when review time comes around management checks out his accolades. I’m sure he has many.
