I filled a complain and received an email stating they have a employment availability problem and ALL my mail will be delivered today. 1 mail piece showed up , that's it !!! That one piece was suppose to be delivered Friday along with other mail , it's now Monday , I see the mail delivery person on my block everyday , why doesn't he have my mail? I get my prescriptions , bills and checks sent to me via the postal service. It is causing a problem with my financial obligations. I'm old and retired and can't function without the mail service . There is a serious problem in Troy and it needs to be addressed.
