- KFKate FerOct 15, 20251.0Horrible online and in person forwarded mail since moving. They not only did not forward important mail that’s probably lost but said to call back in 2-3 days. They can’t do anything. Unacceptable and ridiculous. No wonder people don’t use post office anymore

Man at the counter refused to help me, and his supervisor basically said "sorry, maybe call the police." I called USPS who swiftly opened an investigation and will file a subsequent claim for me. Avoid this post office at all costs. I weep for the people of Tonawanda who have to have their mail delivered by these clowns.
- GKGary KopaczMay 14, 20201.0i tried to tell the fill in postal carrier that he had put an envelope in my mailbox that was destined for 54 Taylor Dr. He said that I should put it back in the box and it will be picked up by your regular carrier. I said O.K. I was just bringing it to your attention. I said no problem. He said yeah, no problem, you were just bring it to my attention to tell me I made a mistake in a very sarcastic voice. I think this individual has an attitude problem and I was just trying to be helpful. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! I did say I was going to call the postal manager and he just mumbled some thing under his breath. I can't say for sure what it was but I imagine it wasn't complimentary. p.s. I live on Brighton Road near Greendale Ave.
