  Great place. I just come in and scan my packages and just drop it right into the bin. I've worked with them dealing with 'over the counter' packages as well.   Today, I had a truly wonderful and positive experience at the store. After work, I was tired and went in to ship my luggage. Two gentlemen were working around 7 p.m., and they were incredibly polite and helpful. I really appreciate their commitment to serving customers. One of them, who has clearly been in this line of work for many years, went above and beyond to help me—even though it wasn’t technically part of his job. His kindness made my first-time experience so much easier. People like him truly make the world a better place. Despite their years of experience, both men were so dedicated and willing to help. I sincerely hope they receive the appreciation they deserve for the way they treat customers.

  This location has the worst customer service on the planet. The older man with white hair acts like any question or service you need is the biggest inconvenience. He’s extremely condescending and couldn’t care less about actually doing his job. When I walked in today he told me to use the self service kiosk to drop off a package and wouldn’t even look over at me. The package bin was overflowing and full. I asked if I should put the package in there if it was overflowing and he replied “well then you bring it to the counter.” I literally walked up to the counter first, he’s just creating extra work and wasting customers time by not wanting to acknowledge or do his actual job. This is the third time I’ve had to deal with him and every single time he’s rude and dismissive.

  The older man with white hair and beard was VERY rude. I needed a shipping label to return a package and he refused to help me! He just kept pointing to the sign to do it myself. When I kept getting errors on my phone, he basically treated me like I was stupid and told me to keep trying. Finally he went somewhere and the nice girl who seemed afraid of him helped me. I will NEVER use this location again. I can’t believe FedEx would employ someone so hateful and rude!
