I love this post office. I love the guy behind the counter. I’ve been going here for years and STILL can’t remember his name. I tell people to come to this post office all the time just because he’s so wonderful and helpful and so patient. I DO know the woman they mention in the other review. I don’t get her very often but I like to think everyone is entitled to a bad day. Try going back and hope you don’t get her. Lol only because the rest of the staff is just great.

Several issues with this post office. though I adore our regular mail man who is reliable, nice and does not mix up our mail.. when our mailman is either off or on vacation. I’m lucky if I even get my mail.. let alone someone else’s. I’ve had to actually hunt down the subbing mailman for that day to get my packages and the other half of mail they have forgotten to give me. And the customer service is terrible. I called to inquire on my package that was associated with UPS sure posts which means usps will complete the delivery of my mail. I called the post office to explain my situation where the ups is sending me an email stating my package was delivered by the post office. As I am explaining the agent interrupts me in a rude matter and rudely asks for information.. as I give him the information he asked for he then interrupts again explaining the differences between the usps and ups. as if I was an idiot. He 1. Did not hear what I was explaining, rudely interrupts then continues to downgrade my intellegence as I was giving the information he inturrupted me for. The only good thing in that post office is the regular mail man. I don’t bother going there i go out of my way to find another post office if I need something.
