I waited on the sideline to work with one of the employees because the other one was very rude & cruel talking bc I didn’t know how to get the QR code to mail a package!! The man that I purposely waited for was so kind. He was literally a big teddy bear. I don’t know his name but he was a younger black gentleman that was like 6 foot 3.. What a kind, sweet person!!! He made me feel comfortable about not knowing how to send a package for the first time. Really wish people would just be kind. It really doesn’t pay to be nasty.

Sometimes the mail courier blows right by all the mailboxes on our street and doesn't deliver anything on the street. Some of our neighbors experienced the same problems as I am. We're often missing mail or sometimes when it does arrive, the mail arrives several days to a week later.
