- VFVlada FishmanJun 20, 20251.0What a horrible experience at the Tappan NY post office. I had to send an international package and prepared all paper work and pre-paid label in advance. I asked clerk if everything was ok with the paperwork but she ignored me. She was looking the screen completely lost snd was only making unhappy faces because she had to do some work. She didn’t answer any of the questions I asked about this package, completely ignoring me. She just gave me a receipt without looking at me. When I told her that it’s not so hard to answer my questions she said that she gave me a receipt and doesn’t owe me anything else meaning she doesn’t have to answer even if the question is related to the package as long as she gave me a receipt. There were no other customers at the post office. She was playing on her phone when I walked in. I don’t have her name, and she had no name tag but from the receipt I know she is clerk # 03. People like this clerk should not be working in any od the service industries and should not be allowed to work with customers. The rudest person I had to deal with in the past years. May be USPS should give a better training to the employees and not hire people with a horrible attitude. This is the worse post office around.

- SLSusana LiJul 21, 20211.0Austin the supervisor is horrible. Very demeaning and doesn’t allow you to speak yet accuses you of not letting him finish speaking. Accuses you of not listening because you aren’t hearing what you want and tells you that you are uneducated about how the postal service works. Well frankly I don’t work for USPS so how about an explanation in a customer friendly manner and tone. Very combative. Don’t bring your business there. Use the Norwood Post Office they treat you with respect there.
