- MMMona Mona1 day ago5.0I recently visited the United States Postal Service location in Tallman, and I had a very positive experience. The clerk ( fahd) who assisted us was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and treated us with kindness and respect—like friends and family. It was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at a post office. We truly need more clerks like him at other locations. In contrast, my experiences at the Monsey post office have not been positive. The staff there have often been rude and disrespectful, and supervisors take a very long time to respond to customer concerns. I hope management can look into improving service at that location.
