Place used to be great but with every round of new employees and managers, it gets worse and worse. Was in there about 6 months ago with a 4x4x36" box, the guy at the counter rotated it back and fourth and felt movement in the box. He rejected it saying they cant ship things that have loose items in the box because if its not packed right, the box could collapse if something was put on it. I tried to explain the concept of compressive force and just because an item moves or doesnt move doesnt prove the integrity of its compressive sustainability. Shipping empty boxes is not illegal and that would have the least compressive resistance of all. I was pissed because I drove all the way there just for them to tell me I can pay them $12 to pack it. Took it to Walgreens, they took it no questions asked. Was just there today, walked in with 2 large boxes, put one on the scale and the other next to it (with labels). Went back out to the car to get the final, larger box. The people in there clearly saw me as I made eye contact with them. A woman walks in about 5 seconds before I get back in. Instead of helping me quickly scan them (takes about 25s), she instead uses my box as something to write on for the other woman. They acted like I was dead and didnt exist. Said nothing to me. She walked with that woman to the back completely ignoring my existence. I continue to stand there while the 2nd employee walks around saying nothing to me, ignoring me completely. They clearly arent serious about their job and with the recent downsizing of FedEx's office space at this location, they arent either. Fire them all.
