There has been multiple times where my package was reported “delivered” only to find out it was not delivered. I spoke with a woman supervisor who shared that their “best carrier (Dave) doesn’t make mistakes.” I went back after still not receiving the package that was marked as delivered, and there was a man supervisor who shared “it may have been a trainee,” And this type of stuff “happens all of the time.” Drastically different responses, but alarming. Do yourself a favor and take the extra time to do a special request, or pick it up yourself.
