- IKImran KhanJan 28, 20261.0If anyone needs to use USPS for anything, try your best to avoid this office. I had to return my Bangladesh postal ballot, and the return postage was already paid by the government because it used an IBRS paid-return envelope. However, the employee still charged me $50.55 to mail it. I went back later to explain that the ballot should be mailed free of cost, but they denied it multiple times. Meanwhile, other people in the USA have been able to drop off the same type of ballot without paying anything. I don’t know if there’s any way to get a refund, but one thing is clear: they were not professional. They didn’t understand what an IBRS paid-return envelope looks like. Avoid this office if you can.
