- MRmarilyn ringwoodJan 24, 20261.0Change of staff at the Dewitt branch has made it a very unpleasant experience for the most part. I recently walked in to process a passport. No one in the place, but I was told I needed to make an appointment to process the passport. woman behind the counter scheduled my appointment for noon the following day When I walked in the woman who had scheduled my appointment the prior day was behind the counter again. There was a gentleman she was finishing up with and when I got to the counter, she told me I was two minutes late. I reminded her that I was waiting for her to finish with the gentleman in front of me. There was no other staff available at the other service windows. The woman behind the counter, then proceeded to rush me along, pointing out a long line of customers was forming. I had scheduled my visit to process a passport. The appointment time allowed me 15 minutes.She was rude, belligerent, haughty and proceeded to tell me that If I didn’t hurry along, she would not process the application. Such poor customer service! Please bring those wonderful clerks back and let this woman work in back as she lacks any people skills.
