I don’t know how many packages weren’t supposed to be forwarded to my physical address and still were, but not only were the not sent to the right address, they were stolen too!!! Apparently it’s because “someone was covering for someone else” 🙄 Do yourself a favor and get a PO Box SOMEWHERE ELSE

The lobby is definitely too small for the volume of customers who often wait in a long line out the interior door into the p.o box room. Would love to see remodeling with an expanded lobby and more clerk windows.

While we were there, another woman had a complaint about perceived mis-information and they handled it clearly and directly. All of this was within 15 minutes of closing on a Saturday with a long line waiting, so they could have easily been rushed or unpleasant. Highly recommend!

Customer care is the worst i have seen from any business I've ever seen. Poor lack of communication, understanding of how there own system works (The front desk Staff) . Customers are what drives a business.... customers mean nothing at this branch of office. And if you do have a problem with a USPS branch.... can someone, please tell me how to file a complaint and not get told to use a 800 number, yet after calling, being hold for 1 hr 30 mins and talk to a machine the entire time . Very Dissatisfied Customer.
