I send a lot of packages overseas and have visited many post offices. The worker at this office in downtown Syracuse was the most professional and friendly person I have ever met. I failed to get the name tag, but I will do just that and update this review.

I moved to Syracuse from San Francisco a little over a month ago. I'm originally from New Orleans. I've never had this much trouble with a single post office in my entire life. I understand that they don't deliver on Sundays, but they don't need to lie and say they tried to deliver to me on a Sunday when I was home all day and there was no notification on my phone that anyone attempted to deliver. Again, they lied about trying to deliver on a Wednesday for a package that needed to be signed for. They didn't notify me at all. I tried to call to get the package delivered, and they said the hold was a minimum of 30 minutes. I hate this post office. I wish all of my online shopping could be shipped with anyone else.
