- WWWorknmama1981Mar 8, 20231.0So placed an order for delivery Feb 28 to Sams Club. Paying a shipping fee. They deal with a company called AIT Worldwide Logistics. I will not be getting my order for over 2 Weeks. The company will then call and make an appointment for delivery. I have tried to contact them to set it up during my hours I am awake, as my phone is in do not disturb when I sleep(night shift work) They will not take a pre-contact call to just deliver the item. And if I do not answer when they decide to call- whenever that may be—- they will deliver it at a later time. I am 100% dissatisfied with this experience. And will never order any product from a company that utilizes this third party delivery service. I can’t even call it a service. More like a DISSERVICE. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Sam's Club you gotta do better.

No time of delivery even after the date it says to be delivered it doesn't arrive and no updates to shipping progress. Was supposed to be here on a Monday now Wednesday and they call and say it will be Friday afternoon sometime between noon and 4. Just ordered a TV from Walmart wouldn't think it would be so bad. Never will I order from Walmart again
