  Jan at UPS was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly helpful, respectful, professional, and so patient while assisting me with several returns. I had a few items…and even messed up a couple of them, but, she stayed positive, calm, and kind the entire time. Customer service like that is rare. I actually live 20 minutes away from this location, but I choose to come here because the staff is consistently friendly and professional. Jan truly made the experience stress-free and pleasant. Highly recommend this place!
