They are evidently a national company that bought out ready refresh and since that point the service was terrible because they couldn't attract sufficient staff to manage the customer base. I wouldn't be surprised if what staff they did have was just as dissatisfied as we were. They'd miss delivery after delivery and when we finally had to fire them and go with another local outfit (whose service is great, by the way), they refused to pick up their empty bottles and claimed that they owed no deposit, even though the deposit was $8 per bottle. So they're rip-off artists as well. Sorry, you can't save face by writing a contrite review response. The time to provide good service is before the bad review gets written.
