They work so hard, are really generous with their time, have always been the most helpful of any branch I’ve ever visited, and endure a slew of some of the rudest customers I’ve ever seen sometimes. I know most of the community is kind, but I hope everyone who stops by this branch takes a deep breath before going in. Juuuuust in case they’re forgetting that the folks behind the glass are our neighbors and deserve kindness and patience. We’re lucky to have this crew be our local post office team. Thank you!!!

- SGS G6 days ago1.0I occasionally visit this location for some quick purchases. On most of my visits I see the counter staff behave normally, but not always. On some visits I see them noticeably rude during interaction, which creates an unpleasant experience. I see it happens with other customers too. My other concern, however, is the misleading and ineffective customer satisfaction survey process. The survey screen is presented to the customer immediately upon approaching the counter, before any service has been rendered. The display time for the survey is extremely short (approximately 3-4 seconds), making it impossible for a customer to read the prompt and input an honest response after receiving service. This procedure appears designed to intentionally bypass the integrity of the survey by soliciting a premature, and likely positive, response, thereby misrepresenting the true level of customer satisfaction. I urge the supervisor or a higher command to review and address this practice immediately to ensure the survey is administered after the service is complete, in compliance with standard customer feedback policies. Lastly, be nice to everybody. Rudeness doesn't help any body. Smile :)

The new mailman keeps putting my packages in the parcel box but doesn’t know how to remove the keys from empty parcel boxes so he doesn’t put a key in my mailbox to be able to access my package/parcel box, the solution is go to the post office and ask for manager Raj and he will come personally and walk 4 blocks to the building and get your package out of the parcel box, happened 3-4 times this year already, Raj to the rescue again today here in Sunnyside, thank you again.
