- AOAmy OSep 22, 20251.0After dealing with these people I now understand and fully support automation of these kinds of jobs. The incompetent person working the counter, Chris, is useless and rude (which I now see are called out on other reviews so it checks out) and the other man, who I guess was the manager, smelled like cat urine was also a waste of time to deal with. Honestly flabbergasted at the experience in there and urge you for your own sanity to stay away.
- STSteph TSep 17, 20251.0I’ve gone in several times- theres a gentleman there, term is used to be respectful not how he represents himself, is very disrespectful. I asked a simple yes or no question and the man laughed in my face. Another time I overpaid in stamp and he gave me issues about it. I OVERPAID !!!! It shouldn’t matter. The third time I walked in after work, reasonably dirty from it and he commented on how a woman SHOULDNT be dirty - He didn’t like my comment back telling him off nicely he makes less than I do and asked me to leave. I will make a trip elsewhere on purpose. There have been a few other occasions that the employees just seem like they would rather watch paint dry then be there. You guys should take notes from Carmel post office employees, or change your career
