I am on first name basis with literally everyone at this PO because my former occupation required me to have to call the post office to track letters. Thank you all for your service!
- DRD RDec 22, 20221.0Dec 22 2022. Walked in as door was open at 5:02 and 2 women at counter one was helping a customer. Wanted to mail a package for holiday. One of the women with dark hair yelled out in a Spanish accent"We're Closed"!! I said sorry door was open. It was 5:02 and just 2 min after closing at holiday season. No line and all they had to do was weigh my small box for price. People like this that give civil service employees a bad name as people that don't care. Happy holidays to the ones that do

I contacted the post office and the postmaster told me that it was his policy and he could do whatever he wanted. When I protested, he hung up on me. What's the point of tracking if it doesn't provide accurate information?
