- QYQ YCAug 19, 20251.0Worst experience ever. I went to FedEx to ask about the size and weight limits for shipping lab equipment, and the employee was unbelievably arrogant. He told me the limit was 165 inches on “girth” and then made me Google what girth even meant. The definition I found was completely different from what he was talking about. On top of that, he casually added later that there’s also a maximum weight limit. He was rude, unhelpful, and honestly had no clue how to communicate properly. The whole thing was a joke. I’m absolutely disgusted and disappointed with the service FedEx provided.
- HSHans SMay 13, 20245.0If Google Maps confused you, put in East Side Dining on Google Maps insteas. Look for 15 minute parking spot. That’s the closest place to park and walk from there. Look for the campus merchandise shop and you will see the Fed Ex Entrance sign.
